The Global Financial Crisis

A debt based consumer culture,rising Capital flows,and unbalanced trade between countries have all contributed towards the "worst ever Global Financial Crisis" ever since the 'Great Depression of 1930'.

I think a proper investigation of the financial crisis would reveal that 'the lack of regulation & risky banking practices which preceded the present financial crisis' are mainly responsible for today's Global Crisis.

The difference between the Ram of Satyug & Rams of Kalyug.

The 6th of October was celebrated as the day of triumph of"Good over Evil" in India.Ram of Satyug killed Ravana to end evil in all its form.

Just as we were rejoicing the victory of 'good over evil,'I read on page 2 of today's 'Times of India' about how a known acquaintance and friend of a businessman's wife had raped the 32 years woman residing in Rohini,Delhi,on the pretext of Durga Puja.
In another incident two youth of Meerut tried to abduct two young women studying 'mass communication' near Rohini's Deepali Chowk on wednesday night.
And please note that on both the occasions the 'culprit options who indulged acts of Rape and attempted to abduct & rape were known to the victims of Rohini,Delhi.

Steve Job who started "Apple" in 1976 along with Steve Wozniak died at the age of 56 because of pancreatic cancer.
Preasident Obama of United States of America in his condolence statement said,"Steve Job was one of the greatest American innovators,brave enough to think differently and bold enough to believe that he could change the world for the better and talented enough to do it".

True enough!Let me salute the departed soul of Steve Job for changing the 'Global destiny for the better".

Before I delve about 'how a man & a woman decide to lock themselves in a wedlock of physical togetherness with incredible promises to stay together through times of happiness & sadness,'let me talk about the divorce rate in India.

Divorce Rate in India is 1.1%. And compare it with the divorce rate in Sweden - 54.95,and the divorce rate in the USA - 54.8%.

Please note that the divorce rate in India is even less than the divorce rate in Sri Lanka - 1.5%.

Are you astonished! or Shocked! Wait a minute.

Now let us talk about the"Marriage Rate".
The countries with the 'Highest Marriage rate per 1000 people per year are as follows':-
1) Antigua & Barbuda -- 21 marriages per 1000 people per year.

Rise & Fall of Lal Krishna Advani option- From Secretary to President!

At the age of 81,I feel,Mr Lal Krishna Advani option should sit back and introspect the'gain & loss' of his brand of divisive Politics of exploiting "Hindu - Muslim" tension for the benefit of votes.

Mr Advani should also tell the law abiding citizen of India "the real truth relating to (a) HAWALA Scandal,and (b) Ayodhya politics.

Mr Lal Krishna Advani was born at Goregaon in Sindh of British India.His father's name is Kishanchand D Advani and his mother's name is Gyani Devi.

Mr LK Advani completed his schooling from'Saint Patrick's High School ,'Karachi(now in Pakistan option).LK Advani did his college from DG College ,Hyderabad.And subsequently completed his law from 'Government Law college,Bombay University.
Mr Advani's family moved to India from Pakistan option just before partition in 1947.
Mr Advani option's political career began in 1947 as the'secretary of the Rashtriya Sevak Sangh in Karachi(now in Pakistan option) in the year 1947.
LK Advani became a member of 'Bharatiya Jana Sangh,which was founded by Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in the year 1951.
In the year 1977 Bharatiya Jana Sangh was merged into Janata Party led by 'Jai Prakash Narain,'who happened to be very close to my father's cousin "Late Dayanand Sahay(Rajya Sabha MP)".
In the early 1980,LK Advani and his political friends left Janata Party founded by "Jai Prakash Narain" to join
BJP.
LK Advani became president of BJP IN 1986.In 1989,after becoming president of BJP,Advani took out 'Rath yatra in support of Ram Janam Bhoomi and demanded that a temple of Lord Rama of Satyug be created at the site of the disputed Babri Masjid'.
This 'Ram Janam Bhoomi movement' caused Polarisation of votes on Communal lines in the 'Indian Pluralistic Society'.
In 1996,BJP formed Government under the Prime Ministership of Atal Bihari Vajpayeeji for thirteen days.
After two years in Political wilderness,BJP decided to opt for 'Coaltion Politics under the umbrella of NDA(National Democratic Alliance).
As a result again BJP came to power in 1998 after two unstable Governments under HD Deve Gowda and IK Gujral came to end.


As a law abiding citizen of India,I strongly feel that Mr Lal Krishna Advani should  speak out truth on controversies related to:-
(a) Hawala Scandal - Supreme Court discharged Advani because of lack of evidence.But it is still widely believed that in the "Hawala Scandal" the truth was not allowed to come out.
(b) Ayodhya Controversy involving Mr Advani.

New-Delhi Times

As I read today's 'Times of India,'I felt extremely shocked to know that New-Delhi has become extremely crime prone and that New-Delhi has become absolutely unsafe for 'women folks'.

On the very front page of 'Times of India,' there is a news item that 'a Delhi Police cop,a head constable called Ajay Kumar Tomar of Delhi Police 7th Battalion,riding a Pulsar bike looted and killed an elderly dry fruits dealer whose name is Amarjeet Singh Chaddha.

On the third page of "Times of India,' there is a news item which  reads "Delhi unsafe for women even during day'.
It is shocking to read the study report of CSR which states that out of 58 rape FIR lodged by rape victims in Delhi between 1/1/2009  to  31/07/2011 as many as seven rapes took place between 6am to 12(noon),17 rape incidents took place between 12(noon) to 6pm in the evening,and 14 rape incidents took place between 6pm to 12(midnight).

This data is extremely shocking.

Does it Shock you Mr Commissioner of Police.At least it has shocked Anupam Sinha.

I always asked "My Dad & Mom" " WHY"?

As a toddler I always asked my Dad & Mom

"Why Sun rises in the East and sets in the west,"

"Why River flows down stream,"

"Why Young grow old,"

My Dad & Mom would get irritated and would admonish me"Anupam,you ask too many questions".

Despite that I never stopped asking questions from my Dad & Mom.Later on I asked from my Dad & Mom

"Why People Lie,"
"Why People indulge in deceit,"
"Why People are Selfish,"
"Why People speak ill of others,"

My dad & Mom would get irritated and say,"Anupam,please go to temple and ask these questions from God".

Even God like my Dad & Mom have not been able to answer these questions.However with the passage of time I have acquired enough wisdom to answer these questions.

But the questions which trouble me the most these days are -

"Why people betray their own 'Motherland' ?" !!!!!!!???????????????????????

The Terrorism Scourge

As I write this article from London - the land of Princess Diana,I am feeling extremely sad that "innocent people have once again lost their lives in this mad terrorist attack.
In fact,the United Nation Secretary - General,Mr Ban Kai - Boon has condemned the terrorist  bomb blast attack which took place on wednesday morning at 10.15am.As per the report in the media,the bomb was concealed in a briefcase and was kept at the crowded gate of the Delhi High Court.
The United Nation Security Council has condemned and reiterated its resolve and determination to combat all forms of terrorism option in accordance with the "United Nation Charter".
As stated by our Honourable Union Home Minister,Mr P Chidambaram,the bomb blast is being investigated by NIA AND NSG.

London - The City of Lady Diana,the Princess of Wales

As I write from the city of London on 7th of septemember 2011,the current time out here is 6.15am in the morning and I presume the current time in New-Delhi,India,must be 10.45am in the morning.

Back home in India,the big and powerful dignitaries are enjoying & adorning the Tihar Jail & other Jails of Mother India.
Director Prison Tihar Jail,Mr Niraj,must be having hectic time organising warm reception for these bigwigs.

I strongly feel that "Zero tolerance to corruption,Criminalization in Public life and incompetence shall become the order of the day with the enactment of RTI, Lokpal, Lokayktta,and the impending Electoral reform.
I,Anupam Sinha, as a patriotic Indian feel extremely happy that 'Mother India shall no longer have to feel disgraced because of Corrupt & incompetent Political and bureaucratic infrastructure".

This in turn would create feelings of "Rage and Revenge".I hope good sense would prevail in the interest of Mother India.
Because I have always maintained that "forgiveness is divine and it should come from within the core of heart of an individual and should not be a display of magnanimity.
I strongly feel that if a person gets hurt or wounded by another Individual's thoughtlessness,rejection or deliberate cruelty,the person has two options - either to get even(hit back at the person who has caused the hurt) or to pretend that the person has not been hurt.
Another option.other than these two options could be "to simply forgive".I leave it to the maturity of 'Sensible patriotic Indians to decide the right course of action".

During my travel from the USA to Zurich and now to London,I have realized that "a major chunk of American and European population suffer from mental and neurological disorder".

In fact 40%,approximately more than 165 million people in Europe and America suffer from depression,anxiety, insomnia, and dementia.These kinds of mental & neurological disorder has in fact become huge socio - economic burden for the European and American economy  in today's times of "Global Economic downturn".

As a matter of fact,Mental and Neurological disorder has become the greatest 'Health Challenge" for the American and European economies.

Efforts are being made to develop "State of Art Therapies" to provide cost effective medication to "Common people of America & Europe".

Zurich - The city of Chocolates

As I write this article from the city of Zurich,Switzerland,my heart bleeds for India as I,Anupam Sinha ,am extremely sad with the way mudslinging is being exchanged by Political parties for scoring stupid brownie points.

The last two months have been extremely tense for the global economy and I thought India would rise to the needs of the global economy by extending bail out packages to the needy global economies as it did by extending bail out package to the European economy.

As a patriotic Indian,I strongly feel that Political parties have not shown the 'Political maturity 'expected of them when the 'world is watching India & China' emerge as 'Economic Super power alongside with the USA'.

If India wants to gain respect as a global Economic Super power,India must eradicate or get rid of 'Corruption option,Criminal option and attain,retain and maintain global accepted levels of honesty & integrity.

Please note 'Crime option can only be controlled if Corruption is completely rooted out from the Indian socio-economic and political system.For this,Lokpal and Lokayktta is not sufficient.
I strongly feel that to make 'Lokpal and Lokayktta effective,the government India must adopt  Electoral
reforms to stop 'Political party from funding elections.Instead of that the state must step in to fund the election and electoral expenses should be examined by auditors appointed by Lokpal and Lokayuktta'.

Criminalization of the Indian Political System has adversely affected Mother India's socio - economic dynamics.This is a matter of serious concern.Politicians with poor integrity and criminal antecedents should not be allowed to enter the 'Parliament and State legislatures".

Again it has been brought to my attention that 'a Finnish woman aged 30 years has been raped by a 25 years old man whose name is Elvis Menttanna.I strongly believe Delhi Police must castrate the bastard,Elvis Mettanna in public so that henceforth nobody dares to indulge in crimes like rape,molestation and
eve - teasing.

Just like a rapist would not accept the crime of rape,a corrupt bureaucrat or a member of judiciary would not accept their crime of corruption even if they are caught red handed indulging in the acts of corruption.And Mr Soumitra Sen is no exception.

For me the act of Corruption is as heinous as the act of Rape or the act of Molestation or the act of Eve- teasing .Therefore,according to me Justice Soumitra Sen of Calcuuta High Court is as much guilty for his act of Corruption as the Rapist Elvis Menttanna for raping a Finnish 30 years old woman in the early ours of Saturday morning in a Guest House as reported by Mrs Chaya Sharma, DCP(South),Delhi Police.

My submission to all from " Zurich,Switzerland,is to please introspect and please stand up to get counted for right causes in a sensible,sensitive,and constructive fashion.
Let us develop "Zero Tolerance to Crimes of Rape,Molestation,Eve-teasing,Corruption and Terrorism option".

Mother India Since 1947

During my school days at Delhi Public School,RK Puram,I read books written by Bipin Chandra and MJ Akbar on "Modern India".And I distinctly remember that sitting in the library of DPS.RK Puram,I read these books with lot of interest.The sentence which attracted my attention at that point of time was the statement made by our first Prime Minister who said ,"As the Clock strikes Midnight,India would awaken to freedom".

Indeed India has awaken to the freedom of "Political Corruption and criminalization"!The shameless politicians of today do not feel ashamed at the way they have cheated Mother India.


I would only request these shameless Politicians from Pramod Mahajan,Suresh Kalmadi to Lalu Yadav option to Raja to introspect their shameless acts of Corruption and Criminal activities.


However,I must congratulate Dr Manmohan Singh and Anna Hazare for acting in a sensible fashion for the implementation of Lokpal and Lokayuktta.Mother India has not only been wounded but bleading profusely because of corrupt land scam deals or shady coal mine deals or Common wealth scam.

Politicians like Mr Yeddyruppa,Suresh Kalmadi and Raja should feel ashamed.And oh yes! Fodder scam hero Lalu Yadav option.

At the global level,the tyranny of Gaddafi option is about to end.Gaddafi's wife,Safia, and their three  have taken shelter in Algeria.
I am very sure Gaddafi option's tyranny would end in Libya very shortly.

Dr Manmohan Singh and Anna Hazare

Indian democracy is at a crossroad.Surprisingly,honesty has become the major strength of "Bollywood option".To me "Bollywood option's love for hoonesty is not only amusing but also ludicrous".

Bollywood option and Politician option's talking about "Honesty" to me is like 'Prostitutes & Pimps' talking loyalty & integrity of their conduct and character

For me Dr Manmohan Singh and Mr Anna Hazare are equally worthy of respect.But I feel that "the contribution of Dr Manmohan Singh as an honest bureaucrat and subsequently as a Prime Minister of India during global economic downturn period is extremely immense and significant".

Mr Anna Hazare must understand that 'for the corrupt acts of Suresh Kalmadi and Raja or for that matter for inefficient and corrupt bureaucract,Dr Manmohan Singh cannot be held responsible".

I strongly feel that Members of Parliament,Bureaucracy,Prime Minister and the Union cabinet should be accountable to "Lokpal

Likewise,at the state level,Chief minister and the state cabinet,and the bureaucratic infrastructure at the state level should be accountable to "Lokayktta".

The swaying of anger and emotions against"Corruption & Pollution" is getting stronger and it reminds me of the "French Revolut

ion".

SO WATCH OUT CORRUPT BUREAUCRATS & POLITICIANS.

Please fear the anger & emotions of disillusioned "Common MAN on the streets of Mother India".

At Last Government has taken tough decision against terrorism option

Surely & certainly government of India has decided to act tough and deal terrorism with tough hands.Kudos to the Government of India.

Being a tax payer,it certainly pinches me and hurts me when terrorist option like "Kasab option & Afzal Guru"

options are not punished for their extremely demented & inhuman acts of terrorism option.

I feel that Government of India should make stringent policies with regard to punishment to be meted out to terrorist options indulging in acts of terrorism.

Let us look within ourselves.

Last couple of weeks have been extremely disappointing because the Indian democracy has been challenged by greedy politicians motivated only by their selfishness.And mind you,Karnataka has been in the center stage for all kinds of political corruption eventually culminating in the resignation of Mr Yeddurappa as Chief Minister of
Karnataka.

However,the saddest part has been the way Mr Yeddurappa has conducted himself in the last one month despite knowing fully well that Mr Santosh Hegde had completely exposed hiss corrupt hand in glove shady dealings with miners and the land scam deals in Karnataka.

Mr Yeddurappa's rude conduct & behaviour with the widely respected Mr Venkaianaidu  of BJP is a very sad episode of Indian democratic institution.Mr Yeddurappa has only followed in the footstep of Uma Bharti and other spoilt brats in BJP.

Let wish a speedy recovery to Mrs Sonia aunty from surgery.I hope Mrs Sonia aunty bounces back to good health quickly.

The Norwegian Killer,Anders Behring Breivik act of brazen cruelty,Amy winehouse's sudden death in her own house,and James Murdoch hacking testimony clearly shows that human values have really taken a downwards slide for the worst.

Back at home in India,the state of Karnataka is once again in the news because of the exposure of the fact that Yeddyurappa's family firm having taken bribe from the Miners.

It is really sad.Anna Hazare should take note of it and collect input from Mr Santosh Hegde  to ensure that honesty is restored by consigning corruption to flame.
India seems to be playing a fighting Cricket in England after a good tour of West Indies.

Let me "wish the patriotic Indians at home and abroad a very happy Independence day".Let us salute "Mother India with patriotic spirit and folded hands".

Sunday News Times

Last two week have been really tough on certain people.It has been extremely tough on Rupert Murdoch,James Murdoch,Wendy and Rebecca Brooks.Unfortunately David Cameron had to suffer mudslinging because of the so called contact between Rebecca Brooks andhim.
According to me,like Dr Manmohan Singh and Sonia Aunty,Mr David Cameron has been a victim of media trial.

It is good to know that French Court has reopened Princess Diana's death probe.French Judge Mr Gerard Caddeo rightly wants to question the former Scotland Yard Lord Condon and ex -assistant commissioner of Metropolitan police Sir David Veness why they had failed to disclose the existence of a note in which the late Princess,who was killed in a car crash in 1997 in Paris,of Wales had predicted her assasination said the newspaper"Daily Express".
Another news which struck me is the death of the grandson of Sigmund Freud,Mr Lucian Freud at the age of 88years.
Another news which caught my attention is the deal between BP and Reliance Industries.
Alfred Nobel must be shaking his head in shame in his grave for the wrongdoing of the 32 years old Anders Behring Brevik.
Let me express my grief and sorrow for the innocent killed.
